The Contracting Entity intends to purchase Waste Heat Boiler (WHB) (excl. Civil Works) for Enefit 280-2. Brief description of the procurement object is provided in the document and "PART A - Introduction to Tender". Information and requirements regarding procurement exersize are provided in "PART A - Instruction to Tenderers".
The subject of the procurement contract is not related to the activities of the network sector specified in § 146-147 of the Public Procurement Act. The ultimate purpose of the contract is the production of oil, for which the Public Procurement Act does not apply for the Contracting Entity.
The competition procedure will be carried out in compliance with The Law of Obligations Act of Estonia (§ 1009-§ 1013) and other valid legal acts and requirements set out in the source documents of the competition.
